Includes:
  • One visit per year to Check system's operation per the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Perform our 99 point inspection list on the condenser, air handler and refrigerant lines.
  • Replace homeowner supplied filter, if available at the time of maintenance.

  • Priority Service- No overtime, after hours or Holiday charges. Normal hourly charges apply.
  • Extended hours of Emergency service from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm 5 days a week are
    extended to 8:00 am to 8:00pm 7 days a week.
  • Emergency call Priority over non membership customers.

Gold Membership

  • Evaporator Coil rinse once per year with a mild chemical clean, at the time of maintenance.
  • Condenser coil rinse with a mild chemical clean, performed during a maintenance.
  • Replace condenser capacitor once per year free of charge at the time of maintnenance.
  • Benefits:

Platinum Membership

  • Condenser coil rinse twice per year with a mild chemical clean, performed during a maintenance.
  • Replace condenser capacitor once per year free of charge at the time of maintenance.
  • Includes 1 contactor per year free of charge at the time of maintenance.
  • Includes 1 lb. of R-410 refrigerant per year free of charge.
  • Benefits:

Membership has the Advantage at A/C Advantage Inc.

If you have an extended warranty or Labor warranty the manufacturer may require you to have a 2-visit per year contract, you may be required to purchase a different membership.

This contract is for the term of 12 months, with an automatic renewal. The buyer may purchase the year in advance or per month, the start is the date of purchase and renews every 12 months to the day of the start. Cancellation can be made at any time with a letter of cancellation 30 days before cancellation. Because this is a yearly membership early cancellation will receive a prorated cancellation fee for the amount still owed.
