Ken Dickson is a highly experienced Senior Service Technician at A/C Advantage, bringing 45 years of expertise in both commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration services. Ken's extensive training includes a Class A Contractor's License and certifications from Trane, Lennox, Rheem, York, Manitowoc Ice Machines, Copeland Compressors, and more, including CPC School. He thrives on working closely with customers and taking pride in repairing their systems. When he's not on the job, Ken enjoys the rich flavor of Pistachio ice cream and loves vacationing in Puerto Rico and the Florida Keys.
